- 2 Scoops AGN Roots Grass-fed Whey
- 1 cup vanilla flavored milk of choice (Almond, Banana, Flax, Pistachio, Macadamia)
- 1-2 cup fresh mixed berries (frozen for more texture)
- 2 tsp. Chia seeds
- 1 tsp. Flax seeds
- 1 whole banana (option for recovery)
- Honey (optional sweetness)
- Shaved Almond garnish if desired
