Mixed Berry Replacement Meal

  • Ice as needed
  • 2 Scoops AGN Roots Grass-fed Whey
  • 1 cup vanilla flavored milk of choice (Almond, Banana, Flax, Pistachio, Macadamia)
  • 1-2 cup fresh mixed berries (frozen for more texture)
  • 2 tsp. Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. Flax seeds
  • 1 whole banana (option for recovery)
  • Honey (optional sweetness)
  • Shaved Almond garnish if desired

Add more everything to stay full longer :)
