Recipe Ingredients -
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 scoop AGN Roots Unflavored Grassfed Whey
- 1/2 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 1 Walnut ground for texture
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
