The Recipe -
- 2 Scoops AGN Roots Truly Grassfed Protein Powder -
Nutrition Pro Tip - Stir AGN Whey into a solution using 4 ounces of filtered water. To limit the potential of mechanical denaturation, avoid aggressively blending grassfed whey protein. Blend the following together -
- 1 Section of whole ginger roots (2" length x 1" diameter)
- 2 Cups choice of greens (spinach, kale, and collards)
- 1 ½ cup of mixed frozen berries of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, or apples as an alternative, etc.)
- 1 small red beet
- 2 ounces of filtered water
For best results, place all ingredients except the grassfed whey protein isolate & water solution in a blender and blend for 1 min or until smooth. Add in the grassfed whey and stir the mixture or very slowly mix with a blender to the desired uniformity.
