Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 2-3 pitted, dried dates
- ¼ cup toasted pecans
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 2 scoop protein powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
