Recipe Ingredients -

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop AGN Roots Unflavored Grassfed Whey
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 Walnut ground for texture
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil

Optional: sweetener of choice & whip (treat yourself !)
