- I love this product and mix it into lactose free milk. I have read that whey protein isolate should note be heated, as it denatures the protein and results in a gritty product. That is exactly what happened when I tried to add a scoop full to my bowl of oatmeal. However, I saw that some reviewers stir this whey isolate into their morning coffee or oatmeal. Is there a way to do this without it curdling and becoming gritty? Thank you in advance!
